If so, I was just like you. I was searching for happiness. I wanted a lean and firm body. I wanted to be fit and stay that way. I wanted to be healthier and have more energy. I searched for information about strength training or weight training, but only found sites dedicated to bodybuilders and men.
Whoa! I was just looking to lose fat and tone up in the quickest and safest way possible. So I did what any woman would do... became a certified personal trainer, trained hundreds of clients and decided to build this site ;)
