through the fall, winter and spring - a great way to enjoy the 2 and
1/2 story fireplace. Check-in is on Saturday for full weeks during
the summer.

Spinnaker is a Waterfront vacation home in the private Oyster Bay
Community on Chincoteague Island, Virginia.

weeks a year.
We make the reservations and send
you a reservation form and check-in information. You pick up the key
in Chincoteague, where there are
people to answer your questions, arrange linen rentals, or help you
should you lose your keys or need assistance.
 You
won’t have to share the property, boat dock, or 125 ft. waterfront
with anyone else, so just bait the crab traps that we leave for your
use and launch your boat in our community’s free boat ramp. You are
permitted to dock your boat 24 hrs. a day on our boat dock. Our
Oyster Bay Community has no townhouses or condos--just nicely spaced
homes on quiet streets (great for biking or if your kids are
outside playing).
Spinnaker has every
amenity we think you'll
need for a relaxing vacation - from two-story fireplace, dishwasher,
to washer and dryer and air conditioning and Wireless DSL Internet
Service.
The maximum capacity is 8 persons
including infants with flexible sleeping arrangements in the four
bedrooms on four levels (please see the floor plan on the house-tour
page). With
no one sleeping in it, the great room with its wonderful water views
can be enjoyed by all. Pets are not permitted on Assateague, so we
have a no pet policy. |
