Well, the holiday in Malaga was great, twenty-four hours a day sunshine, friendly locals, laid back lifestyle, some wonderful beaches and that delicious Spanish food! And having returned to rainy grey days again you’re seriously considering the idea of living there permanently.
Good idea!
Some twenty-six years ago I did exactly that and I’ve never regretted it for a minute.
Within the first week I found my Spanish husband when I walked into his real-estate office and we are still married and living happily here in Mijas village in a lovely area surrounded by sub-tropical gardens and with views to the blue Mediterranean.
It’s a long way from scraping ice off the car windows on a cold winters morning, I can tell you!
