ADVENTURES - Liquid Life offer a number of different outdoor adventures available to the general public to try. We offer a wide range of options and have something available for everyone from eight to 108! Whether you are after adrenaline or a more sedate scenic trip, check out our adventures not just in Scotland, but Zambia and Switzerland. All our adventures are great for hen and stag weekends.

KAYAKING - We will be running a series of kayak courses for novices and intermediate paddlers, aimed to either teach you from scratch or increase your skill level. These course will be for both whitewater and touring kayaking.

SEVEN DOWN - An exciting new series for 2006, the Seven Down series unites Europe’s Premier White Water Events and crowns the most versatile athletes in both Boater X and freestyle with the Seven Down Crown.
