| SAME DAY DISPATCH ALL ORDERS RECEIVED BY 3pm WILL be dispatched the same day. As long as your payment has cleared, your order will be packed and dispatched that day. We only use ROYAL MAIL, so your order can be tracked and most importantly given first class attention. We don't try and cut corners with unreliable couriers and carriers.
POSTAL STRIKE NEWS Royal Mail union members will be taking strike action from 7pm on Thursday 12th July 2007 and will continue throughout Friday 13th July 2007.
As a result, any orders you place with us on Thursday 12th or Friday 13th July will not be delivered until the following week (Tuesday 17th July.) As a precautionary measure and to prevent the risk of missing packets in the post we will not be dispatching any orders on Thursday or Friday by Royal Mail. To avoid disruption to your business, please place your orders with ILUVM by 3pm on Wednesday 11th to ensure your goods are delivered to you as normal on Thursday 12th July.
Alternatively, if you wish to place an order on the Thursday or Friday for next working day delivery, we are happy to arrange an alternative carrier for a delivery charge of £10 per order. This £10 delivery charge will be made irrespective of the value of your order and will be invoiced for separately.
We very much regret the inconvenience this industrial action may cause us all will have offered the carrier service as an alternative for those of you unable to wait until 17th of July for delivery. If the strike is called off at the last minute business will resume as normal.
Our CUSTOMER CARE line is now open from 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and from 10am - 2pm at the weekends.
