Hijara™
|
... a singular game of concentration, strategy, placement and points accumulation with but a single rule - stones must be placed on the numbered squares in numerical order. 4 same-colour stones on 4 numbers of a kind in a row - horizontally, vertically, diagonally = 10 points 4 same-colour stones on 4 numbers in sequence - horiz., vert., diag. = 15 points 4 same-colour stones on 4 numbers in a square = 20 points - the most points wins. ~ for 2 players age 10+ / playing time: approx. 40 minutes ~ |
|
mozaic™ |
... a fun game of fours, luck of the draw, tactics, placement, movement and points accumulation. In turn, draw one gem at a time from the bag and place it on the board to form point-scoring squares. 4 same-colour adjacent gems in a square scores 4 points. Players score with their own gems (even when placed by the opponent) and may also place, move and/or remove opponent's gems. 4 Exceptions: ruby; miss this turn - sapphire; slide any gem diagonally to an empty adjacent tile, onyx; take two turns - diamond; remove any gem from the board and replace it in the bag. Exception gems are always returned to the bag after a turn and, when only the 4 Exceptions remain in the bag, the game is over and the highest score wins. ~ for 2 players and for all the ages / playing time: approx. 30 minutes ~
|
Rhumb Line™ |
... a fast game of observation, stratagem, placement and points accumulation. Players take turns placing their nuggets, on the board, to form point-scoring rhumb lines. 4 in a radius = 10 points ~ 4 in an arc = 20 points ~ 4 in a spiral = 30 points. When players have only 1 nugget, they remove one of their own (once only) but may not replace it from whence it came on their next turn. Higher score gains victory. ~ for 2 players age 8+ / playing time: approx. 20 minutes ~
|
Mojo™ |
... put your thinking cap(sicum) on and get your mojo working for a 3 in-a-row game with a twist of strategy. Taking turns, players put their 3 pieces and pawn on the 3 x 3 board then continue by moving any piece or their own pawn to the adjacent empty space. The first with their 3 colour pieces in a row - horizontally, vertically or diagonally is the winner. Mojo Too ... played with a neutral pawn that starts the game in the centre of the board and may be moved by both players. Mojo 2 ... played, as Mojo and Mojo Too, for points. The unique playing pieces have individual opposite ends numbered as are regular dice - 3 pieces of a colour make up a single die. Pieces are placed on the board either end up and always inverted when moved - thereby constantly changing the score. Played for a certain number of rounds or to an agreed points total, the pips on the tops of the pieces in a winning row are added (the best of 5 rounds may be 2 - on points) and the first to reach the set score wins. ~ for 2 players age 8+ / playing time: approx. 20 minutes ~

Mov'n'Pick™ |
