C.H. KYO Jazz & Blues. A collection of some of the best talent in the Reno area. The group performs with a high energy and intensity that flows through the music and into the audience.

The music can be described as a mixture of Jazz & Blues with hair-raising horn lines and a tight rhythm section. Their performances really stretch the limitations of the five sensory organs due to the dynamic, driving sound.

C.H. KYO's treatment of classic Jazz standards like Sugar, Blue Bossa, and Girl From Ipanema is sensitive and respectful while the song selection includes many of the hipper smooth jazz tunes heard on the radio today. The group mixes in some soulful ballads like When a Man Loves a Woman or Stand by Me to keep the lovers feeling lovey-dovey. The Band also does a righteous treatment of the Jeff Lorber's Tune 88, and Jazz Classic Mr. Magic.

A night out with C.H. KYO is truly a venture around the musical universe of Jazz & Blues.
