Members of AMPI San Felipe are dedicated to serving their real estate clients with professionalism and integrity. AMPI is the Mexican Association of Realty Professionals (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios). AMPI is partner of the National Association of Realtors in the United States. AMPI was formed in 1956 and today has over 4000 members in 52 local sections throughout Mexico.
San Felipe real estate is booming. As our business evolves, we find customers bring increasing demands for professional abilities and conduct. Buyers and sellers benefit from AMPI members' commitment to honesty and fair dealings.
AMPI members agree to conduct their business in compliance with a thorough code of ethics. AMPI makes training and certification available to the professional community. AMPI certification is an even higher level of commitment by the agent to his real estate career. Obtaining AMPI certification requires a significant investment of time and work.
