Hard Money Loans
We provide hard money rehab loans to purchase and renovate non-owner
occupied single family homes in the Atlanta Georgia area.
We can finance up to 90% of your deal including purchase, rehab/improvement
costs, and closing costs
up to 65% of the after repaired value (ARV)
We are direct hard money lenders, so you know that you are
dealing with the principal decision makers and not a mortgage broker
or loan committee. We can approve your hard money rehab loan in 2
business days and typically close our loans in 5 to 7 business days
from receipt of your completed loan application.
