Rent privately owned villas, cottages and apartments or rooms in small hotels anywhere on the island. Fully equipped and furnished, all units have pretty gardens. Some are on the water; others have pools or ocean views and all enjoy pretty gardens. Prices start from $55US for single occupancy to $200US double-occupancy with no extra charges in private rentals. Small hotels charge the government tax required on all commercial establishments. A tip for the maid is not included with in the price we charge you: recognizing good service is always a kindness.

We thank you for your inquiry about the various properties we represent in Bermuda. It is important to note that each apartment or cottage is primarily used to entertain the visiting family or friends of the homeowner, and is made available for rent to visitors from overseas only when not otherwise required. Consequently, these units are not promoted in the travel industry, as there are usually no more than one unit per home. Each cottage or apartment is self-contained with a private entrance, bathroom and a private lounging area outdoors to ensure your privacy- and that of the home owner. Most suites contain proper cooking facilities (most have barbecues, also), have access to laundry machines for stays of more than a week, contain private bathrooms and all the equipment (telephones, irons, radios, TV) that one would expect in a home away from home. Best of all, the cottages promote a feeling of peace and solitude... The nightlife is there if you want it, but your home is in a tranquil neighborhood.
I have chosen residences that are in elegant, prosperous neighborhoods with either easy access to the ocean or the use of a swimming pool. Most have wonderful views as well, and all are located in attractive gardens. Clients who have had the pleasure of staying in the suites have offered to give personal recommendations and we will forward those to you upon request. There is a three night minimum stay for most locations, and some require 5 days to a week: we will advise you of the requirements when the reservation is made. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we do all we can to honor the prices in effect when a booking commences. In some instances, a child can be accommodated for an additional charge.
